Welcome to the St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre and Hicks Bar.
From Mondays through to Saturdays our 'Brewing Experience' is open for visitors. This is set on one floor which takes you from grain to glass with displays and interactive screens. Our Brewing Ambassadors will guide you through the history of St Austell Brewery and its beers, the machinery and the stories, ending with the joy of sampling our latest beers and of course the old favourites. Two beer tokens are included in the price which can be exchanged for the beer sampling experience and a pint or a soft drink, a coffee or a bottle of beer to take away.
